In late 2013, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) wrote a letter to the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) asking what the average price was for installing E15 storage equipment and blender pumps at retail stations. This letter provides several scenarios for a retailer interested in selling E15 and higher ethanol blends.
